Question 1

What is the cheapest place to buy data bundles in Ghana?

Accepted Answer

Consistent Data GH offers MTN, AirtelTigo (iShare & BigTime) and Telecel data bundles in Ghana at competitive, transparent prices with no hidden fees. Every price is shown up front before you pay — there are no surprise charges added at checkout.

Question 2

Do I need to create an account or download an app to buy data?

Accepted Answer

No app download is ever needed — Consistent Data GH works entirely in your browser. Browsing bundles and prices doesn't require an account, but a free account is required to complete a purchase — it's what lets you track your order, protects your order history, and secures delivery alerts to your registered number.

Question 3

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed securely through Paystack, supporting both mobile money and debit/credit cards. Consistent Data GH never sees or stores your card details directly — Paystack handles that securely on its own systems.

Question 4

How do I place an order, step by step?

Accepted Answer

Pick a network (MTN, AirtelTigo, Telecel, or Airtime), choose a data size or enter an airtime amount, enter the beneficiary number to receive it, and tap Pay. If you're not logged in yet, you'll be asked to sign in or create a free account first — then payment goes through Paystack, and you can track delivery from your account afterward.

Question 5

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the phone number registered to your account. You'll receive a 6-digit code by SMS — enter it to verify, then set a new password. If the code doesn't arrive, use "Resend code" on that same screen.

Question 6

How do I change my password while logged in?

Accepted Answer

Tap your account name in the top bar to open your account settings, then choose "Change Password." You'll need to enter your current password once, followed by the new one you'd like to switch to.

Question 7

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

In your account settings, open "Delete Account" under the Danger Zone and tap "Send verification code." You'll receive a 6-digit SMS code to confirm — entering it permanently deletes your account, including your order history. This cannot be undone, so make sure it's really what you want before confirming.

Question 8

Can I change the phone number registered to my account?

Accepted Answer

Not through self-service — your registered number is locked in place to protect order alerts and password-reset codes from being redirected. If it genuinely needs to change (e.g. you lost that line), contact support on WhatsApp and they'll help directly.

Question 9

How long does data bundle delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is fast — bundles typically land within 1 to 10 minutes after payment is confirmed, depending on network conditions. You can track your order live at any time using the order tracking code issued at checkout.

Question 10

Why isn't delivery instant?

Accepted Answer

Bundles are submitted to each network's own systems after payment, and processing speed depends on that network's real-time load — not on Consistent Data GH. This is normal for data bundle resale in Ghana and applies across the industry, not just this site.

Question 11

Why is my data taking longer than the usual 1 to 10 minutes?

Accepted Answer

Occasionally an order runs past the normal window because the network's own delivery system — MTN's, AirtelTigo's, or Telecel's — is congested, under maintenance, or briefly down on their end, not because of Consistent Data GH. Your order stays queued and is delivered automatically once that network's system recovers. Use "Track Order" to see live status, and message support on WhatsApp if it still hasn't arrived well past the usual window.

Question 12

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use "Track Order" and enter either the Order ID from your payment confirmation or the phone number you used to order. The live Delivery Progress tracker shows your order's real status, and updates as it moves through the queue.

Question 13

Can I see queue conditions before I even place an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Buy page shows a live Delivery Progress tracker with typical times for the Express, Fast, and Delivery lanes, pulled automatically from our system in real time. You can check current queue conditions before you pay, not just after.

Question 14

What's the difference between the Express, Fast, and Delivery lanes?

Accepted Answer

These are the three live delivery lanes shown on MTN orders. Express is usually the quickest, with Fast close behind — the gap between those two varies with real-time conditions, though Express typically edges ahead. The Delivery lane is consistently the slowest of the three. Other order types (airtime, Telecel, AirtelTigo, and result checkers) don't use lanes — their status shows as Pending, Verified, Delivered, or On Hold instead.

Question 15

My data hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

First check your order status with "Track Order" using your reference code. If your order still hasn't been delivered after the normal delivery window, message support on WhatsApp with your Order ID ready so it can be looked into.

Question 16

Which SIM types don't work for data bundle delivery?

Accepted Answer

Data cannot be reliably delivered to Turbonet SIMs, Merchant SIMs, EVD SIMs, Broadband SIMs, blacklisted SIMs, roaming numbers, wrong numbers, or inactive numbers. Data sent to these SIM types is burnt and irreversible, so it's important to double-check the beneficiary number before paying.

Question 17

How do I check if my number can receive a bundle before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Use "Verify a number first" before checkout — especially useful for a new line, to confirm it can actually be served before you commit to a purchase.

Question 18

What happens if I enter the wrong phone number?

Accepted Answer

Data is delivered exactly to the beneficiary number entered at checkout. Please verify the number carefully before paying, as bundles sent to an incorrect number cannot be recovered or refunded.

Question 19

Which networks does Consistent Data GH support?

Accepted Answer

Consistent Data GH supports MTN, AirtelTigo (branded iShare and BigTime), and Telecel — for both data bundles and airtime top-up — plus WAEC and BECE result checkers.

Question 20

What's the difference between AirtelTigo iShare and BigTime?

Accepted Answer

iShare and BigTime are both AirtelTigo data bundle types available on Consistent Data GH. Select AirtelTigo at checkout to see current iShare and BigTime bundle sizes and pricing side by side.

Question 21

Can I buy WAEC or BECE result checker PINs here?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a checker type under Results Checker, and once payment is confirmed your PIN and serial number are sent straight to your phone.

Question 22

Can I top up airtime as well as data?

Accepted Answer

Yes — choose a network, enter any amount up to ₵100, and enter the beneficiary number. Airtime top-up follows the same delivery window as data bundles (1 to 10 minutes).

Question 23

Is it safe to pay on Consistent Data GH?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Paystack, a widely used payment processor in Ghana and across Africa, using card or mobile money. Consistent Data GH never sees or stores your card details directly.

Question 24

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Message support directly on WhatsApp, or join the WhatsApp channel for deals and updates.
